never been a fan of overly high torque. breaks parts and unusable on the street . if you keep the engine stock this isn't a problem but when you modify it to lets say 800hp you cant really use double the torque. I would love have a de stroked version of this.

340 hp out of a 4cylinder ls base, but with 4 more cylinders they only make about 320-340 ish…. The math ain’t mathing

So I just found out that my wheels no longer exist and now I must go from a 17x7.5 to a 17x8. When I try to order them online, the offset is -12mm which is about .472". Is this offset there to compensate for the size? Does it need to stick OUT a 1/2 inch from the wheel well? I just want it even with my vehicle but I'm worried that extra 1/2 inch is going to scrape somewhere if I go 0mm Offset.... Anyone help?

I would put it in a 57-60 F-100 but with a Ford head. they already sale it for industrial use with the Ford head.

Do you guys have any wheels with offsets and profiles that fit vintage muscle and pony cars? Something like a17x8, 8.5, or 9 with a 4.5" backspacing? Or anything with zero or negative offsets and deeper lips?

I thought the biggest inline 4 that makes sense is about 2.4 liters, and after that the engine will either tear itself apart or you need to put extra stuff like balance shafts or something in that thing

With such large, heavy pistons the vibration is going to be horrible without balancer shafts. You can't just chop a V8 in half and expect it to work well.
